Digital downloads

Every package is a one-time purchase delivered instantly: the guides appear in your dashboard the moment your order completes, to view online or download. There is no subscription and you will not be charged again.

Refunds

If a package is not right for you, refund requests made within 30 days of purchase are honoured in full — email [email protected] or call +1 (888) 825-2301 with the email address on your account.

When an order is refunded, the package is removed from your dashboard and its download links stop working. Files you have already downloaded cannot be recalled; that is inherent to digital goods, and we ask that you delete them.

Unknown charges

Charges from us appear on your statement as fitness-global.com. If you don't recognise a charge, contact us first at [email protected] — we'll resolve it quickly.
